Ruth Glenn's APPLE PIE SPREAD

About to commence some serious baking as I prep for this week's "Monday Minister's Tea" at Cairnwood Village.

The last time I had the honor (and what an honor it is, having the opportunity to semi-pamper so many of the people who helped mentor me through life) was very rush-rush (I was a last-minute substitute), so am especially appreciating the fun of planning & prepping.

Didn't have enough time the last go 'round to make my own crackers; instead bought what I thought would be very small ~BUT~ turned out to be almost tiny crackers. A bit too small for cheese, but should be perfect for Apple Pie Spread, a wondrously tasty delectable. My thanks to Ruth Glenn for the recipe!!

One of the most versatile recipes in my box - great to make with kids, gets kudos every time from adults.
